How it works
- 1Load the filesDrop a folder's worth of PDFs into the studio. Nothing is uploaded.
- 2Switch on the HR presetThe six groups listed above start as proposed findings in yellow.
- 3Review each findingApprove or leave out each one. Draw a box over anything the scan missed, such as a nickname.
- 4Export and keep the reportThe text is removed from the file and the output is checked. The verification report records what was removed.
Where you still need a person
- Free-text details such as medical notes, salary history or witness statements are not always detected. Read each page.
- Retention and disclosure rules vary by country and by state. Confirm what you must keep or may share.
- Names written in unusual ways, such as initials or nicknames, can be missed.
- The report confirms that the listed strings could not be extracted. It does not prove that everything sensitive was found.
